is a friendly, family run business whose aim is to offer clean, comfortable accommodation at affordable prices for the tourist and working man alike.

All rooms have colour TV, hand basins, tea/coffee and independently controlled room heaters. Some full en suite and some with private shower. Single, twin double and family rooms are available.

The main road location is ideal for access to the Lake District, numerous tourist attractions and all local industries including BAE systems.

Other facilities include an all night porter with residents bar, large car park and lock up garage. Giant screen TV lounge, beer garden, choice of 3 fully licensed bars and dining/function room available for private use without the payment of any room hire charges - weddings, funeral teas, birthdays etc
